Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of Vendors related to IT services.
- Responsible for the system, application for Pegasus PM Application and Microsoft Great Plains.
- Development, testing and implementation for Pegasus PM Application.
- Testing and implementation (based on vendor support) for Microsoft Great Plains.
- Assists to EDP Manager for Creation and generation of financial and monitoring reports for Users from Pegasus PM Application and Microsoft Great Plains
- Monitoring the installation of software and licensing.
- Backup and data management for all servers and user devices.
- Helpdesk management in handling queries, issues and incidents reported by Users and troubleshooting.
- Management and monitoring the local area network & troubleshooting network related issues.
- Responsible for all application systems, Email, and User Account management.

The personnel is also involved in business based functions such as:
- Data entry and posting of machine allocation for conversion in Microsoft Great Plains and exchange of data with the Warehouse for conversion in Pegasus PM Application.
- Data entry of Machine incoming invoices, Stock In and Stock Out adjustment in Microsoft Great Plains.
- Creation of Customers, Vendors and Items in Microsoft Great Plains
- Posting of Machine Conversion Parts in Microsoft Great Plains.
- Data entry and posting of consignment return from consignment and consignment to Sales in Pegasus PM Application and Microsoft Great Plains.
(Weekly)
- Japan inventory movement reports- stock, sales, conversion, serial no and sales order.
- Machine stock analysis reports.
(Monthly)
- Monthly reconciliation for model and quantity for both Pegasus PM Application and Microsoft Great Plains as part of the stock taking process.
- Machine and accessories stock and conversion adjustments in Microsoft Great Plains.
- Month-End Closing stock/sales data/Machine Serial report and Monthly Depreciation.
- Developing Pegasus In-house Project.

Requirements :
- Experience : 2-4 years in IT support or system administration.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in macOS/Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Outlook administration, and basic networking. Familiarity with cloud-base creative platforms or AI-driven tools is a strong plus.
- Attributes : Proactive problem-solver, able to work independently in a growing environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English to support regional stakeholder, Foreign languages (fluent only) is a plus.
