Petaling Jaya, Selangor (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)

5 days/week, 2 days off (rotational)

Rm2,100 + Rm200 (attendance allowance)

Shift: 9.30 AM – 7.30 PM, 11.00 AM – 9.00 PM

Preferably own transport

We’re looking for a service-minded professional to orchestrate a smooth, friendly checkout experience. In this role, you’ll do more than just process receipts. You’ll guide customers through their purchases, handle returns with ease, and act as a helpful expert for everyone who walks through our doors.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a SPM above

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya and able to start working immediately

· Preferable those who have own transportation

· Experience in cashier field is a good advantage

· Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English

· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

· Age Limit: 19 years old - 35 years old (Malaysian citizen)

· 12 months contract duration first - Renewal contract or contract-to-permanent (based on performance)

Job Descriptions:

· Receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions

· Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

· Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totalling customers’ purchases.

· Resolves customer issues and answers questions.

· Bags purchase if needed.

· Processes return transactions.

· Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and non-taxable items; and operating a cash register.

· Discounts purchase by redeeming coupons.

· Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
