Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of stock movement, delivery orders, invoices, and warehouse documentation.
• Assist in receiving, checking, labeling, and storing incoming goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock count activities.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for traceability and audit purposes.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Prepare items for delivery, packing, and dispatch according to schedule.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times.
• Assist in monitoring stock accuracy and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Support daily warehouse operations and coordination with other departments.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools when required.
• Assist in maintaining inventory reports and updating stock records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse procedures.
• Support supervisors in warehouse planning and operational tasks.
• Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and logistics coordination.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn and grow in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Able to travel when required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / inventory systems).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and stock handling.
• Able to maintain proper records and filing systems.
• Possess a valid driving license is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
