Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site surveys, setting-out works, and levelling according to construction drawings.
- Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for construction activities.
- Verify site measurements, dimensions, and positions before and during construction.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Assist project team in interpreting technical drawings and site layout plans.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are constructed at correct alignment and levels.
- Conduct topographical and boundary surveys when required.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure all survey equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian construction standards and company procedures.
- Follow site safety requirements in accordance with OSHA 1994 and company policies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction surveying.
- Proficient in using survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, or similar equipment.
- Able to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site practices.
- Computer literate (AutoCAD, survey software, MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
