- Partner Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting content creators or influencers to join the MCN network on TikTok.
- Content Strategy Development: Helping creators design content strategies that align with both platform trends and brand goals to maximize engagement.
- Account Management: Managing relationships with creators, supporting their growth, and ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Revenue Management: Facilitating monetization opportunities for creators, including brand partnerships, sponsored content, and live stream earnings.
2. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management
- KOL Identification & Outreach: Identifying KOLs who align with the brand and initiating partnerships with them.
- Campaign Management: Planning and executing campaigns with KOLs, from setting goals to tracking results and reporting on KPIs.
- Brand Alignment & Content Review: Ensuring that KOL content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Relationship Building: Nurturing long-term relationships with influencers, and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaborations.
3. BD (Business Development) for TikTok
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Developing BD strategies to meet revenue targets through ad sales, and collaborations.
- Identify collaboration opportunities, negotiate terms, develop partnership plans, and drive successful collaborations.
- Gather market and competitor insights to guide business development strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience in influencer business development, marketing, or influencer partnerships on TikTok or other social and e-commerce platforms, with knowledge of collaboration models and market trends.
- Strong network of influencer connections, able to initiate partnerships swiftly and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, understanding both talent and company needs.
- Team player with responsibility and resilience to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
