About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR cum Admin professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, as part of the company’s expansion of its business operations in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions as well as general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interview coordination, and employee orientation, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration.
• Assist in employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties, including office management, correspondence, and documentation.
• Support management in HR projects and day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication and collaboration with both the China team and international teams.

Location: KL（Initially working remotely, transitioning to on-site later）

Salary：3600MYR -6000MYR （depending on experience）

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
