Responsibilities
Job Requirement:
1. Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection.
2. Handle customer complaints or returns and resolve issues effectively.
3. Stay updated on promotions, sales, and new product launches.
4. Advise customers on product features, benefits, and prices.
5. Achieve individual sales goals and targets.
6. Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product inventory.
7. Handle cash, credit card, or other payment methods securely.
8. Issue receipts and manage any necessary refunds.
9. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and tidy.
10. Complete required sales reports and daily transaction logs.
