1. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractor.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect work quality and ensure materials meet required standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Manage and guide site supervisors, foremen, and workers.
- Identify and resolve site issues or delays quickly.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
- Conduct site meetings and briefings with the team.

3. Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2 years of construction site experience.
- Experience supervising large construction projects.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
- Must have Civil Certificate
4. Typical Work Environment
- Construction sites (buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects).
- May involve long hours depending on project deadlines.
5. Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager
- Supervises: Site Supervisors, Foremen, and Site Workers
