East Rock Marketing Hiring! Full Time Quality Control (QC) Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

· Oversee quality monitoring for incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished goods, ensuring adherence to ITP procedures.

· Investigate and respond to customer quality complaints in a timely and effective manner.

· Coordinate with customers, Plant HODs, and Sales personnel to conduct plant trials and ensure testing reports comply with customer requirements.

· Develop, review, and update product mix designs to meet customer specifications and performance requirements.

· Monitor and control laboratory equipment, facilities, tools, and accessories, including maintaining up-to-date calibration records.

· Plan and manage preventive maintenance and calibration schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

· Ensure achievement of Quality Objectives as set under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

· Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years QC/QA experience (construction, quarry, premix preferred); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of material testing & QC procedures
• Able to work at site / plant environment

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
