We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support our growing social venture. This role is a unique blend of financial record-keeping, office administration, and active student mentorship during community service events.
Financial Support (Accounts):
- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and basic data entry into accounting software/spreadsheets.
- Monitor payment collections and ensure timely documentation of all transactions.
Centre Administration:
- Manage digital filing systems (Google Drive) and maintain a neat, professional office environment.
- Assist in academic administration, including marking student workbooks and progress tracking.
Field & Event Support:
- Station on-site at community service venues to provide guidance and supervision to students.
- Assist students in project planning, logistics, and documentary recording (photos/videos) for events.
General Support:
- Act as a point of contact for enquiries and provide independent administrative support to the team.
Traits:
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability: Must be willing to travel to/station at venues for community service projects when required.
- Fresh Graduates: Encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
