Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable POS Support Executive to manage and support our point-of-sale (POS) systems across all WEDRINK outlets. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate sales data, and timely technical support for store teams.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day support for POS systems across all WEDRINK outlets.
- Ensure POS hardware and software are functioning smoothly during daily operations.
- Troubleshoot POS-related issues (system errors, hardware, network, payment issues).
- Coordinate with POS vendors and service providers for maintenance and system updates.
- Assist in POS setup for new outlets, promotions, and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate menu items, pricing, promotions, and discounts in the POS system.
- Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to reconcile sales data.
- Provide basic POS training and support to store managers and outlet staff.
- Create and update simple SOPs, user guides, and POS documentation.
- Monitor system performance and report improvement suggestions when needed.
- Ensure proper system access control and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in POS support, IT support, retail systems, or F&B operations.
- Able to communicate in mandarin
- Basic understanding of POS systems (F&B or retail experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS hardware such as terminals, printers, scanners, and payment devices.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills; able to support and guide outlet staff.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets when required.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations.
- Knowledge of inventory systems or POS integrations.
- Experience liaising with external vendors or IT support teams.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data analysis.
Tools You Should Know:
- POS systems (F&B or retail-based).
- Back-office POS reporting tools.
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Payment gateways and e-wallet systems (a plus).
