• Recruitment: Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage hiring for office and factory roles.
• Payroll: Process monthly salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (e.g., using SQL Payroll).
• Employee Relations: Handle discipline, issue Show Cause Letters, and ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955.
• Records: Manage staff leave, attendance, and updated personnel files.
• Technical Coordination: Arrange lodging (rooming lists) and transport for visiting experts (e.g., from Shenzhen).
• Procurement: Purchase office , industrial supplies and manage vendors.
