Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- -Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.-Provide product information, recommend items, and address customer inquiries.-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Sales:
- -Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.-Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.-Process cash and card transactions efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Store Maintenance:
- -Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.-Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
- Visual Merchandising:
- -Arrange displays to highlight promotions and best-selling items.-Ensure all products are tagged and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:
- -Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
