Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving company sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer accounts.
  • Focuses on achieving monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities, strong client engagement, and effective product or service promotion.
  • Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and market research.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, presenting products or services, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solutions to close sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations, as well as negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company guidelines, also to follow up on sales enquiries, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure timely closing of deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor the market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, update customer databases, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management or the Company.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 of sales experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Must be proactive, aggressive in sales follow-up, and results-oriented.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
