Responsibilities
Khalifah Group was established in January 2009. The idea to form the organisation started when the Founder, Tuan Hj Bain, was promoted to Agency Manager with the promotion of 2 Unit Managers. In the beginning, the vision was to develop many leaders in Prudential, and the name "Khalifah Group" was chosen. Khalifah means Leader of its kind.
In 2010, Khalifah Group set up an idea to develop Leaders by promoting the
"Formula Triple 3", which is to develop agents to become Unit Managers in 3 years' time and promote them to Agency Manager in another 3 years. This idea was successfully implemented, and many professionals were recruited.
Currently, Khalifah Group has 8 branches, which are located at Alor Setar, Seberang Jaya, Taiping, Ipoh, Damansara Intan (HQ), Putrajaya, Bangi, and Johor Bharu.
Khalifah Group already created its own branding in Prudential Malaysia as the largest and most productive agency force.
By 2024, Khalifah Group already developed 50 Leaders and more than 600 agents in Malaysia. This journey continues with our BIG VISION to Develop another 100 Leaders by the year 2030.
Skills :
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
Ability to work in a team environment
Good interpersonal skills
Job Scope :
Sales and Marketing
Recruiting new team members
Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
Training and coaching to new candidates prior to promotion
Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings
Education :
Must have a minimum of 5 subject passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
Preferable with Diploma or Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance & Takaful, Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value
