Job Description:
We are currently looking for fresh graduate in any field to join our team as Junior
Export Customer Service & Documentation in freight forwarder logistics industry.
No prior experience in logistics is required, as long as you are willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Bill of Lading (BL)
- Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to shipping lines
- Coordinate export shipments and documentation
- Communicate with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams
- Handle customer enquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally
- Ensure smooth and timely shipment processes
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (especially in email writing and daily communication)
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
