Warehouse & Logistics Executive

Support warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely material movement while maintaining safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse incoming and outgoing activities accurately in SAP.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory control of parts and materials.
• Support stock monitoring, stock count, and cycle count activities.
• Operate forklifts and handle material movement safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and space utilization.
• Ensure timely documentation and transaction updates.
• Follow company quality, safety, and health policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse, store, or logistics operations.
• Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office.
• Familiar with barcode scanning systems.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Has forklifts license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
