Join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing Department in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Process sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
• Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers
• Maintain proper sales records and customer databases
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer feedback and after-sales matters professionally
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Design teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support sales and marketing activities when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
