Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations across multiple HR functions. This role works closely with employees and line managers to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Conduct orientation for new hires
2. Compensation & Benefits / HR Operations
- Administer leave, attendance, and Infotech Time Management System (TMS)
- Support payroll coordination including leave and claims verification
- Manage HR movement documentation (confirmation, promotion, transfer)
- Handle medical claims and employee records
3. Performance Management
- Track probation and confirmation appraisals
- Coordinate annual performance review processes
- Maintain performance and salary records
4. Training & Development
- Assist in training coordination and annual training plans
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Support internal training and ISO documentation updates
5. Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (EA, EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
- Assist in disciplinary processes and grievance handling
- Support employee engagement initiatives
6. Foreign Worker Administration
- Assist in work permit renewals and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation for foreign employees
7. HR Reporting & Administration
- Compile HR reports, dashboards, and labour survey data
- Ensure data accuracy in compliance with PDPA guidelines
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and HR practices
- Proficient in MS Office, and Infotech / HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask
