Job Descriptions :
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and internal platforms.
- Provide accurate information on teleconsultation services, referral processes, health screening, and vaccination services.
- Professionally manage customer expectations and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Assist customers with registration of events and appointment scheduling of programmes.
- Liaise with the healthcare professional team, ie doctors and outlet pharmacists regarding referrals and follow-up requirements
- Maintain updated referral tracking records and documentation.
- -Coordinate pre-event registration lists and participant data for corporate health events.
- Liaise with corporate clients regarding event details and service scope.
- Coordinate with pharmacy outlets and medical teams on manpower and logistics.
- Prepare confirmation messages, event reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking sheets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Job requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (healthcare, pharmacy, or corporate program coordination preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple corporate bookings and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience coordinating corporate health screening, vaccination, or wellness events.
- Familiarity with teleconsultation workflows or digital healthcare platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) for tracking registrations and reports.
- Strong WhatsApp and digital customer communication etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple event registrations, booking lists, and schedules simultaneously.
- Experience liaising with corporate clients, healthcare providers, or pharmacy outlets.
- Basic understanding of health screening parameters (e.g., blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support weekend corporate events when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
