Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Executive (Planner) to manage and optimize supply chain planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement coordination, and production scheduling. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across the supply chain while maintaining cost efficiency and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends and business requirements.
• Plan inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams to support operational needs.
• Monitor stock movements, shortages, and replenishment schedules.
• Prepare production and material planning schedules.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate planning reports.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify supply chain risks and propose improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to planning and inventory control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of forecasting and inventory management techniques is an advantage.
