Job Responsibilities:
For Process Engineer (PE):
- Responsible for the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of product assembly processes.
- Evaluate and implement new product (NPI) assembly processes to ensure smooth mass production.
- Analyze and resolve anomalies in the production process (yield, efficiency, quality, etc.).
- Develop and maintain assembly-related process documentation.
- Collaborate with production, quality, equipment, and R&D departments to improve overall process stability.
- Lead or participate in the design and implementation of production line automation, jigs, and fixtures.
- Reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency through methods such as Lean/Kaizen.
- Responsible for process parameter control to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
- Train production line personnel to improve operational consistency and process understanding.
For Industrial Engineer (IE):
- Conduct assembly line time studies and establish/maintain standard times (STD Time)
- Plan production line layouts, perform line balancing, and optimize manpower allocation
- Analyze line efficiency, capacity, and bottleneck stations, and propose improvement solutions
- Lead or participate in Lean/Kaizen improvement projects
- Support production line planning and capacity assessment during new product introduction (NPI)
- Perform data analysis and improvement on line efficiency and labor productivity
- Develop and maintain IE-related documents and reports
- Establish production performance monitoring and analysis systems
- Support automation and jig/fixture implementation to improve production efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields
- 2+ years of experience in assembly processes for electronic products or manufacturing
- Familiar with assembly processes, process analysis, and quality improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, SPC)
- Experience in SOP writing, process document creation and maintenance
- Familiarity with jigs, fixtures, or automated equipment is preferred
- Familiar with Time Study, Method Study, and Line Balancing
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or IE improvement is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to independently handle process anomalies.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills
- Able to adapt to production environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage (not mandatory).

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
