- Responsible allocate the production plan according to the requirements of the department.

- Work with the Construction Manager in overseeing the project, planning, workflow sequencing, scheduling, coordinating quality plans, safety monitoring, and ensuring the site works are in accordance with the design.

- Execute site inspection to ensure the project is in accordance with the drawing specifications and procedures.

- Supervise and monitor construction progress, and quality and ensure work progress is according to the work schedule.

- Identify technical and site problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

- Participate in meetings with client and supervisor; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and all the related documents.

- Cooperate and communicate effectively with all relevant parties and departments that involved in the project.

- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- Applicants must be willing to accept outstation posting and travel when required.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- At least 2 year of working experience is required for this position.

- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs, project management software, and AutoCAD.

- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
