Job Scope (Tanggungjawab Kerja)
- Attend walk-in customers at showroom
- Reply WhatsApp, Facebook & online inquiries
- Explain and recommend suitable digital lock / door solutions
- Prepare quotation and follow up with customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales target
- Arrange installation appointment with technician
- Follow up on payment and booking confirmation
- Handle basic after-sales inquiries
- Update product knowledge from suppliers
- Occasionally support outdoor site visit (if needed)
Requirements
- SPM / Diploma or above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
- Able to communicate in BM & English (Mandarin is advantage)
- Responsible, punctual & good working attitude
- Able to work on weekends (1 off day on weekday)
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & social media

9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
