Job Scope (Tanggungjawab Kerja)

• Attend walk-in customers at showroom
• Reply WhatsApp, Facebook & online inquiries
• Explain and recommend suitable digital lock / door solutions
• Prepare quotation and follow up with customers
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales target
• Arrange installation appointment with technician
• Follow up on payment and booking confirmation
• Handle basic after-sales inquiries
• Update product knowledge from suppliers
• Occasionally support outdoor site visit (if needed)

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Able to communicate in BM & English (Mandarin is advantage)
• Responsible, punctual & good working attitude
• Able to work on weekends (1 off day on weekday)
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp & social media

Monday - Saturday (6 working days)

9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
