APAC Regional Engineering Manager, Hong Kong

The project:

Provides leadership across M&E or building services engineering, guiding teams and engaging collaboratively with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers. Delivers technical expertise to shape compliant, high‑quality design and delivery strategies, managing teams to achieve key soutcomes and contribute to the project’s strategic direction.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborate within project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to support delivery excellence.
  • Manage and coordinate MEP design completion, ensuring alignment with project and business processes.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring programme, safety, cost and quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationships, managing interfaces across client, design and delivery teams.
  • Identify risks and lead mitigation strategies to protect delivery and performance outcomes.
  • Champion innovation, digital adoption and low-carbon delivery aligned with Mace standards and net zero goals.

You’ll need to have:

  • Degree‑qualified or equivalent, with relevant engineering accreditation (CIBSE/IET or similar).
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge across MEP, construction sequencing and systems integration.
  • Proven experience delivering complex packages, including planning, commercial and commissioning expertise.
  • Sound understanding of HSE, quality, digital engineering and modern construction methods.
  • Strong and confident technical professional capable of conducting and completing MEP design reviews, ensuring alignment with critical facility requirements, global engineering standards, and business user needs.
