Assembly Technician | Basic Up to RM2.5k + OT + Allowance | Contract | Pasir Gudang

Position: Assembly Technician

Salary Package: Basic RM1900 - RM2500 + OT + Allowance (Gross Salary RM2k-RM3k)

Working Location: Pasir Gudang

Company Background: Electronics Manufacturer

Working days : 5 working days (Mon-Fri), Off day : Sat ; Rest day : Sun

Working Hours: Rotational Shift

(Morning) 08:30 am - 05:30 pm; (Night) 10:30 pm - 07:30 am

Allowance : Transport RM4 daily, Shift RM10 /daily for night shift, OT (1.5 &2.0)

Job Descriptions:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components to build complex system following detailed instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, ensuring part quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with team members and leaders or engineers to resolve assembly issues and improve process
• Maintaining accurate record of production data, testing results, and others report related to assembly process including any modification and troubleshooting or repair mode
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, quality control and production to ensure efficient processes.
• Making assembly recommendations for improvement to assembly process to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines & procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

1. Must have Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in related field is an added advantage.
