Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our team. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical issues, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your IT career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support and monitor IT systems including network, servers, email, antivirus, and firewall
- Assist in maintaining systems such as CCTV, IP phone, and door access systems
- Perform routine system checks to ensure smooth and secure operations
- Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and technical records
- Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of IT equipment
- Set up and support mobile devices (Android & iOS)
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and implementations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year working experience in same field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Possess a valid driving licence
