Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing and media-related activities
• Assist with email campaigns and basic content updates
• Update event information and materials on the website
• Manage and organise databases and contact lists
• Coordinate with internal teams and regional offices
• Prepare and check files before sending to clients
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc support tasks

Requirements

• Good command of English (spoken and written) – a must
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, online tools)
• Good organisational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
