Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote academic programmes and student enrolment.
• Manage online marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, advertisements, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Assist in running paid ads and monitor campaign performance, leads, and enquiries.
• Handle student enquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Conduct offline marketing activities including school visits, education fairs, roadshows, open days, exhibitions, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, agencies, partners, and potential students.
• Follow up with leads and assist prospective students throughout the admission process.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on leads, campaign results, enrolment progress, and marketing activities.
• Work closely with the admissions, academic, and management teams to support recruitment targets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and student recruitment strategies in the education industry.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
