Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • SPM
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management system is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibility

Inbound

  • Assist in receiving incoming goods and verifying quantities against delivery orders.
  • Prepare and update inbound documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN)
  • Ensure all received items are properly labelled and recorded in the system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage and placement of stock.

Outbound

  • Process picking lists and delivery orders (DO) for outbound goods.
  • Update system records for stock movement and dispatch
  • Assist in preparing stock for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics team for delivery schedules.

Loader

  • Support the loading team by preparing documents needed for dispatch.
  • Ensure correct items and quantities are loaded according to DO and customer requirements.
  • Monitor loading activities to ensure safety and accuracy.
  • Record loading times, vehicle details and any discrepancies.

Sales Order

  • Receive and process sales orders from the sales team.
  • Check stock availability and coordinate with warehouse operations for fulfilment
  • Prepare necessary documents such as invoices, DO and order summaries.
  • Update the system with order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Communicate with sales team on order issues, shortages, or delivery arrangements.
  • Warehouse administration and support
  • Maintain and update inventory records and documentation.
  • Assist in daily, weekly and monthly stock checks.
  • Ensure all documents are filed properly for audit and reporting
  • Support general administrative tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor

Physical Requirement:-

  • Able to withstand cold temperatures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
