• Experience in Export Furniture
• Coordinate delivery and shipment of furniture to customers, showrooms, or warehouses
• Plan delivery schedules and routes with drivers or logistics partners
• Prepare shipping documents (Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists)
• Ensure proper packing and handling to avoid damage (especially bulky/fragile items)
• Liaise with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and loaded correctly
• Track shipments and update delivery status to customers or internal teams
• Handle customer inquiries related to delivery timing and issues
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL), transporters, or courier services
• Monitor shipping costs and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions
• Manage returns, exchanges, or damaged goods claims
• Maintain records of shipments and delivery performance

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
