We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient inventory management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
• Prepare, process, and maintain documentation (Delivery Orders, invoices, stock reports)
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all warehouse documents
• Coordinate with warehouse team, transporters, and internal departments
• Monitor stock movement and update inventory records in the system
• Assist in stock count and inventory audits
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of all transactions

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
