Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software applications, and IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and server performance.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, access rights, and system permissions.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures are in place.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when necessary.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, warranties, and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including antivirus management, firewall monitoring, and user awareness.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic server management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
