Esync Software Services Hiring! Full Time Senior M-E Quality Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 7,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS across project sites
-Supervise QAQC activities including inspections, audits, and quality control processes
-Ensure adherence to Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Architectural standards
-Report QAQC progress and performance to QAQC Manager / Head of Department
-Define inspection and testing standards and ensure compliance across all works
-Ensure ISO and QLASSIC requirements are properly implemented in all project activities
-Maintain and update drawings, including abortive works, variations, discrepancies, and dimensional records
-Review method statements, specifications, quality checklists, and QAQC documentation
-Conduct Quality Toolbox Meetings (QTB) and provide guidance on work methods prior to commencement
-Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and technical personnel to resolve quality issues
-Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality procedures
-Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections and resolution of quality matters
-Ensure Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) are properly executed across all trades
-Verify material compliance and ensure workmanship meets required standards for M&E, structural, and architectural works
-Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance at all times
Ensure calibration of inspection and testing equipment is conducted according to schedule

Requirements:
-Experience in QAQC / Quality Engineering within construction, preferably M&E or building projects
-Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and QLASSIC standards
-Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site quality control processes
-Experience in coordinating site quality inspections and audits
-Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and authorities
-Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
