Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of software applications.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and tools for continuous improvement of test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure their timely resolution.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- For senior role - Mentor junior QA Engineers, sharing automation best practices and promoting a culture of quality within the team.
- For lead role - build and manage a high-performing QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in achieving quality objectives.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and technologies to optimize the testing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in any automation tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate complex technical concepts.
