The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales and administrative operations of the company. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, sales team, warehouse, and management by handling sales documentation, customer service, order processing, and general office administration.
Roles & Responsibilities Sales Support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and other sales documents.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Follow up with customers on order status, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Assist sales team in preparing sales reports and customer records.
- Maintain and update customer database and price lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for stock availability and delivery arrangements.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and customer campaigns.
Administrative Duties
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for sales and company documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist management with data compilation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate office maintenance when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Good communication and oganizational skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask efficiently.
- Experience in sales administration or customer service is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting or inventory systems will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
