Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Leadership: Drive sub-distributors to hit company targets through superior sales strategies and execution excellence.
• Trade Investment: Manage and optimise trade budgets with a focus on maximising Return on Investment (ROI).
• Negotiation & Merchandising: Negotiate for prime shelf space, additional secondary displays, and successful execution of new product launches.
• Supply Chain Sync: Align monthly sales forecasts with the supply chain and manage inventory to ensure 100% "On-Shelf Availability".
• Market Insights: Gather and provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduatesare encouraged to apply.
• Must be a hardworking team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Based in Central (Selangor) with a willingness for ad hoc outstation travel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
