Key Responsibilities:

· Install GPS tracking devices and related hardware on vehicles and equipment.

· Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of installed devices.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, faults, or system failures.

· Repair or replace defective parts and ensure proper system functionality.

· Conduct testing and calibration after installation or repair work.

· Provide technical support and basic training to customers when required.

· Prepare and submit service reports, installation records, and job documentation accurately and on time.

· Ensure all work complies with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

· Coordinate with operations, customer service, and technical teams for job scheduling and issue resolution.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets in good condition.

Requirements:

· Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician (GPS/automotive experience is an advantage).

· Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring.

· Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.

· Possess a valid driving license.

· Willing to travel and perform fieldwork.

· Good communication skills and a responsible work attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
