POP is a growing homegrown brand built with care, purpose, and attention to detail. We’re looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Executive (Online & Offline) to support the day-to-day engine of our business — from inventory and fulfilment to offline events, pop-ups, and store support. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, keeping things organised, and ensuring our products reach customers beautifully, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Procurement Support
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors on orders and timelines
- Track production schedules and follow up on deliveries
- Support PO creation, costing updates, and supplier documentation
- Assist in ensuring product quality, packaging accuracy, and timely replenishment
2. Inventory & Stock Management (Online & Offline)
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouse, marketplaces, stores, events, and pop-ups
- Update stock movements, transfers, and adjustments in inventory systems
- Flag low stock, overstock, or slow-moving SKUs to management
- Assist in basic demand planning for launches, campaigns, and events
- Conduct stock counts and support reconciliation with warehouse / 3PL / stores
3. Fulfilment & Logistics
- Coordinate daily order fulfilment with 3PL or warehouse team
- Monitor delivery timelines, order accuracy, and returns
- Liaise with couriers and logistics partners
- Support issue resolution for delayed, missing, or damaged orders
4. Offline Events, Pop-Ups & Activations
- Support operational setup for offline events, bazaars, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Coordinate logistics: stock allocation, transport, booth setup, and tear-down
- Prepare event inventory, POS systems, pricing lists, and sales tools
- Manage stock-in / stock-out and reconciliation during and after events
- Liaise with event organisers, vendors, and internal teams on operational needs
5. Store VM & Offline Stock Support
- Conduct basic store VM checks to ensure displays follow brand guidelines
- Flag VM issues such as damaged displays, missing testers, incorrect signage, or low visual standards
- Monitor offline store stock levels and shelf availability
- Support stock top-ups, transfers, and replenishment to stores
- Assist in investigating stock discrepancies, damages, or losses
- Provide on-ground support to stores during peak periods or events when required
6. Process, SOP & Administrative Support
- Follow and support improvements to SOPs for operations, inventory, fulfilment, and events
- Maintain accurate records for stock, logistics, suppliers, and offline activities
- Support documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reporting
- Assist Finance with inventory and operational data as required
7. Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Marketing and E-commerce teams for campaigns and launches
- Support Customer Service on fulfilment or stock-related enquiries
- Act as reliable on-ground support during peak sales periods and offline activations

Requirements & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations, supply chain, inventory, or logistics roles
- Experience in consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
- Exposure to offline events, pop-ups, or retail operations
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with hands-on execution
- Able to work weekends or extended hours during events when required
