Project Delivery & Governance

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, budget,

quality, and risks.

• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality assurance, and documentation

standards.

• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular reporting and escalate critical

matters to management and stakeholders.

• Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement in

project delivery.
Team Leadership & Execution

• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project teams, including consultants, engineers,

developers, testers, and trainers.

• Ensure project execution aligns with Agile project management standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members to foster a

collaborative and high-performance environment.
Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong

working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct project meetings, including stand-ups, steering committee meetings, and regular

status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Automation Implementation Oversight

• Facilitate and coordinate key automation project activities, including:

o Functional Design Specification (FDS) development
o Electrical and mechanical drawings
o PLC, HMI, and drive programming
o Testing and validation
o Training
o Commissioning
o Change management

• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed technical and business requirements.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• project managing: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
