Responsibilities:

* Create comprehensive test strategy, plans, outlining the approach, scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables for testing the new systems.

* Define the scope of testing with stakeholders, including functional, integration, security, performance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and live test.

* Oversee the execution of all testing phases (functional, integration, UAT, Data Migration) and track progress to ensure tests are completed on time.

* Document, categorize, and prioritize defects, ensuring timely communication to development teams for resolution and retesting.

* Ensure testing meets quality standards and regulatory/security requirements (e.g., PCI DSS) while generating regular test reports for stakeholders.

* Coordinate UAT preparation, ensuring business teams and end users are engaged, and oversee post go live testing to identify and resolve issues, driving continuous system improvement

Requirement:

* BA BSc Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

* Possess good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others

* Knowledge and experience in both card issuing and acquiring processes is highly preferred

* Highly assertive, ethical, meticulous and a problem solver

* Possess excellent organizational skills including ability to plan own workload and manage priorities

* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

* Possess good working attitude, pro-active, resourceful and is a self-starter

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, Jira

* Able to work well in a team as well as independently

* Experience in large scale systems testing and proficiency in both manual and automated testing processes

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
