Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive quality assurance across the development and production of non-standard automation equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product integrity, resolving quality issues, and elevating supplier performance within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection standards for custom automation equipment
• Oversee and manage quality throughout the full manufacturing lifecycle
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues during equipment implementation using FACA methodologies
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct supplier audits, provide coaching, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure quality objectives are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement
• Proficient in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and sampling techniques
• Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, with the ability to diagnose and resolve structural issues

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software
• Understanding of automation control systems and their applications
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, stamping, and welding
• Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
