Esync Software Services Hiring! Full Time Senior Project Engineer (M-E) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 7,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer (M&E) to oversee mechanical and electrical project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, cost control, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage mid-scale M&E projects and support lead engineers on larger projects
-Conduct project planning including feasibility studies, impact assessment, budgeting, and strategy development
-Perform detailed M&E design work across mechanical, electrical, and ICT systems
-Monitor technical and design inputs to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
-Supervise project costing, tender documentation, tendering process, award, and contract administration
-Perform engineering calculations, testing, and design validation
-Review BIM models using Navisworks for accuracy and constructability
-Supervise and review drawings produced by draughtsmen
-Prepare technical drawings for projects and tender submissions
-Prepare technical presentations and attend stakeholder meetings
-Review subcontractor submissions and technical deliverables
-Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental standards, and authority requirements
-Support CCC submission process and ensure timely approvals
-Coordinate BIM outputs for quantity and information verification
-Support client and project relationship management
-Maintain ISO documentation and project records
-Guide and mentor junior engineers and track their development

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Engineer, with at least 4 years in -construction site or consultancy (M&E design & layout)
-Experience in large-scale commercial or public building projects
-Experience managing junior engineers
-Strong knowledge in project costing and budgeting
-Good project management, leadership, and communication skills
-MUST Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
