Location: Klinik Seri Anggun, Rawang, Selangor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a clinical environment

Job Scope:

• Managed full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and led month end closing with accurate and timely reporting.
• Led end-to-end e-invoicing implementation in compliance with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) requirement.
• Monitored multi branch clinic revenue and ensured accurate reconciliation across all payment channels.
• Review and validated payroll processing and ensured full compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
• Coordinated with auditors and tax agents, ensuring compliance with LHDN and SSM regulations.
• Reported to management and provided financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Strengthened internal controls and improved accounting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervised junior staff and reviewed accounting work to ensure quality and compliance.

Added Advantage:

• Experience or internship in clinic / healthcare / SME environment
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL software)
