Location: Klinik Seri Anggun, Rawang, Selangor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a clinical environment

Job Scope:

• Liase with supplier/customer, government/statutory bodies, banker, etc
• Handle daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
• Monitor company expenses and petty cash records
• Assist in payroll processing and staff claims (if required)
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support audit and compliance requirements
• Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks

Added Advantage:

• Experience or internship in clinic / healthcare / SME environment
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL software)
