We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations for our building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work progress runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workers
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications & timeline
• Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure quality control of construction work
• Manage site materials and manpower allocation
• Solve site issues and coordinate solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience (building construction).
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) is an advantage.
• Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working days : 5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )

Locations : JOHOR BAHRU

Salary: Based on experience and qualification.
