Job Description

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and scheduled servicing
• Maintain and monitor LV, ELV, UPS, and building electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections in compliance with regulations
• Oversee standby systems such as generators, pumps, and switch rooms
• Ensure smooth building operations, safety compliance, and support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
• At least 1 year in property or facilities management.
• Familiar with M&E systems for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
