Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our seafood business team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, promoting seafood products such as crabs, fish, prawns, shellfish, and other fresh or frozen seafood products, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also includes handling invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers including restaurants, seafood wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, and food service businesses.
- Promote and sell seafood products including crabs, fish, prawns, shellfish, frozen seafood, and related products.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong market presence.
- Update customer records regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or seafood/FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and invoicing systems.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
