Position: HoReCa Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Cyberjaya
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site (must be able to commute)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth within the HoReCa segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and emerging F&B businesses
- Monitor market trends, upcoming events, and partnership opportunities to support business expansion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectives
- Implement both online and offline initiatives to promote products and services
- Manage B2B communications, including inquiries, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Remain responsive and adaptable to evolving customer needs and industry developments
2. Operations & Service Management
- Ensure consistent product quality and service standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Oversee inventory levels, stock ordering, and supply management within budget
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement cost optimization initiatives
3. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales and operational reports
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights
- Provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in HoReCa sales or F&B / bakery ingredients industry is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required
