Barista Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Duties include taking operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Baristas should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including milk frothing and espresso extraction.
- Assists in outlet operations, including serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness. They ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering friendly customer service. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:
- Prepare food menu in accordance with defined SOP.
- Food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and cooking tools, ensuring they are properly stored after cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness in food storage and preparation areas.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Support CDP during peak hours and help with plating and presentation when needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
